I'm referring SBAA178.

I want to have value for C_ESD, R_SW and C_SH of ADS7841-Q1.

C_IN can be referred in datasheet as C_IN = 25pF(typ) over temperature range.

Can you offer C_ESD, R_SW and C_SH value, like C_IN?
