ADC081C027: One application question about ADC081C027

Hi,

In the datasheet of ADC081C027, we suggested 4.7uF tantalum capacitor with 0.1uF ceramic capacitor.

But tantalum capacitor is too larger and not widely used now.

Can we change it to 1uF or 4.7uF ceramic capacitor?

Please advise.
