Hi Shu-Cheng,

What sort of AC voltage spike are you trying to detect? The AMC1304M05 has a maximum +/-50 mV input to remain in its linear operating range.

Hi Tom,

Update our spec as below.

Detect AC Voltage spike to 300V
Lamp voltage is currently used in 110V ~ 300V

Does TI have suitable solution can share?

Hi Shu-Cheng,

If you were to use a resistive divider, you could attenuate the 300V to the 50mV input range of the AMC1304M05. What are you intending to use to filter the bit-stream output of the AMC1304?
