My customer is check if it is possible to get dummy units of ADC12D1800 (NXA package) to test out the assembly fixture.

As this exercise if purely mechanical in nature, it does not need to have the device to power up or in working condition.

Like to seek your advise if we could get some dummy devices from TI or any other alternative?

I am not aware of an orderable dummy package for assembly check, but I do understand how that would be helpful for assembly fixture check.
I have asked another engineer that might know of an alternative.

Hi INg

I haven't located a dummy package option that can be ordered for this device.

Another option would be to order a similar but lower-cost device in the same package. The ADC12D500RF (500 MHz max clock rate) has the same pinout and package but is available at lower cost. Would that be helpful?

How many units are needed for the assembly fixture validation?
