recently I salvage some ti adc's from old pcbs with sn0910006 part number on it! where can I get this adc's datasheet?

This is a proprietary RF ADC and can only be disclosed under NDA. Just curious as to what you plan to do with these?

Thanks for your reply! I salvaged 10 of them from old pcb's and don't want throw them away. Just want to know can I use them because this board's now discontinued.
