DAC7311EVM: Output in half of what expected

Part Number: DAC7311EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC7311

Hi All,

I am using the DAC7311 Evaluation Board, SPI communnication is working and it is stable.

Everything works well except that the output is always the half value of what exptected. The DAC output is connected with a scope probe with the typical impedance value of 1 MegaOhm.

Setting a Vref 0f 4,096 Volts and programming a value of 0x3FFF I obtain 2.04 Volts at the output. It seems that the internal amplifier has a gain of 1.....

Could someone help understanding this behaviour?

Thanks to all

Best regards
