DAC38RF84: Radiation tolerance

Hi,

I'm looking to see if any radiation testing has been performed on DAC38RFXX family in terms of TID, SEUs, latchup, etc.

The equipment will be operating in the following radiation environment (TID12Krad, SEE=10Mev).

The DAC38RFxx has not gone through any radiation testing. It is not a rad-hard device.

thank you for the quick answer.

Any plan in the futur for TI to test one of your RF DAC against radiation environment please?

Are you aware of any weakness of the process (0.28nm)/ circuitry of DAC38RF84 which will not make it not tolerant to low level of radiation?

We do not have a radiation report for this device. May I suggest that you to talk directly with your TI sales representative to discuss potential options for this.
