ADS61B49: board design

I am just trying to design a waveform capture board based on ADS61B49 high speed ADC.

On the ADS61B49 product page, there are links to ADS6125 evaluation module and TSW1405 capture cards.

I downloaded the ADS61xx design package from the link and got a schematic of the ADS61xx EVM board.

Also I found a pdf file for ADS61X9-55XX evaluation module by google searches. It has a schematic of the ADS61X9-55XX evm.

For debugging purpose, I would like to use TSW1405 to capture ADC data until my capture card design is completed.

My question is that which QTH connector pin assign should be used, ADS61xx schematic or ADS61X9 schematic?

There are slight differences, such as D12_D13_P and D12_D13_M signals are go to QTH connector pin 38 and 40 on ADS61XX EVM but they go to pin 32 and 34 on ADS61X9-55XX evm.
