DAC3482EVM: I and Q connectors in DAC3482evm

Technically it does not matter. Any DAC output can be configured for either I or Q. The convention that we use on the TSW3084EVM reference design, for example, is to set IoutA to "I" and IoutB to "Q". Similarly, for the second modulator we set IoutC to "I" and IoutD to "Q". Swapping those connections simply yields a spectrum that is reversed (i.e. desired signal on the lower sideband of the modulator instead of the higher side).
