Linux/ADC34J44: Installing GUI Issue

Hello,

this is an issue from a customer concerning the installation of a GUI with ADC34J44.

We tried installing the GUI software and it needs a dll (ftd2xx.dll) which is not in the installed folders.

Where do we look for this file?

Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Craig,
The missing file is part of the FTDI driver, and would be installed the first time you plug in the EVM to the machine.
Please try to close out the GUI completely then plug the board in to your machine.

After the driver install has completed the GUI should launch without error.
