This is described in the datasheet Electrical Characteristics table.
DAC Output:
Reference Output:
Essentially DAC8560D is the highest grade device with very tight INL and low reference drift.
DAC8560C is probably second place with low drift but slightly wider INL.
DAC8560B reference drifts significantly more but still has tight INL, perhaps a good option for applications with a lower drift external reference available.
DAC8560A is the lowest grade, with wide INL and reference drift.
