The ADS112U04 EVM is connected but the GUI looks abnormal as below.
My PC is with Windows 10.

Hi Zoe,
First close the GUI and unplug the EVM. Make sure that you have installed the latest GUI software and device package for the ADS112U04EVM:

Sometimes the Win10 drivers do not load properly due to driver signing. After plugging in the EVM you can double check by going to Windows->Settings->Connected devices and looking for Generic Bulk Device. If this is not seen, then most likely the drivers did not install properly. You can manually install the drivers by using the below picture as a guide to the proper folder. Run the BulkUSB_driver_install_x64-v1.0.0.1.msi.
If you do not see the above driver version, then you need to download and install the latest GUI from above link. The above version contains the signed drivers required for windows 10. Make sure you unplug the EVM prior to installing the drivers.
Let me know if you still have issues, but in most cases it is either the missing device package or the signed drivers that causes the blank screen.
