Hi Aseok,

VREF should only be used as a reference . I don't have info on how much current the ADS5444 vref pin can source or about the output impedance. But I think the output current from VREF should in micro amps(10-20 microamps) and I think it should have VREF pin should high output impedance. I would recommend you use a buffer just to be on the safe side.
