Part Number: DAC34H84EVM

Hello,

I am interfacing DAC34H84 Board with TSW1400. I am refering DAC34H84 EVM User guide and also using DAC3484 EVM software (GUI).

In EVM software, i am facing the problem of loading the register with the particular file and thus am facing some error.

For TSW1400, i am using HSDC Pro software for interfacing of TSW1400 with DAC34H84. In the particular HSDC software how will i load the external file for the given DAC?

For configuring DAC i have refered the datasheet of DAC34H84 EVM.

Please help me with interfacing of TSW1400 with DAC34H84. screenshot_DAC34H84.docx

    Hey Niranjan,

    Try running the DAC348x Gui as an administrator by right-clicking and choosing the "run as administrator" option.
    Usually that helps fix the error you keep getting.

    INTERFACING OF DAC34H84 WITH TSW1400

    In the above fig, I am interfacing DAC34H84 evaluation board with TSW1400.

                    CLK SOURCE: 1.228GHz (fdac) at 1.5Vrms

                    Power Supply: DAC Board: 6V, TSW1400: 5V 3A

    In the above fig., without applying the interpolation factor and disabling the PLL and NCO, I am setting the tone frequency to 20MHz

    but now as encircled in the above fig of CRO, I am not getting 20MHz sine wave as given at the input side.

                         

    PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT CHANGES ARE REQUIRED.
