Hi,

ADS58B18/ADS58B19, the internal pattern is correct, input 10MHz sine wave, the output signal has about 600KHZ noise, input 20MHz sine wave, the noise amplitude is greater.

There is no such noise on the INM and INP terminals. What conditions can cause this problem.

Hi Eric,

it is possible for noise to couple from the sampling clock so check the clock source also.

Hi Eben,

My data is an OFDM signal. When the sampling frequency is 70MHz, it is normal, but when it is 120MHz, the bit error rate is relatively high. What can be caused by the trouble? ADC reset before work.

Hi Eric,

Are you using TI Eval board for the test? If you are, can you capture a single tone spectrum with HSDCPRO software and share with me?
Also register address 0xDF bits 5 and 4 should be set to 00 when the clock frequency is >80MHz.
