Can I add ADC12dj2700EVM to xilinx VCU118 evaluation board?

how can I get the hdl code for this?

    Hello, we do not have any build specifically for the VCU118, but the EVM is compatible with the FMC+ connector on the board.

    We do have a Xilinx reference design that is similar using the KCU105 and the ADC12DJ3200. Have a look at the ADC12DJ3200EVM page and you will be able to download the KCU105 + ADC12DJ3200 JMODE0/JMODE2 Design Firmware.
