In Page 20th, PGA400-EP datasheet, "For a given sensor, the drive current IC should be adjusted to keep VOUT < 1.65 V over the expected operating conditions of the sensor to avoid saturating the ADC input.“

What kind of relation between Vout and Gain 2 Setting is?

  • Hi Shuwei,

    There may be some confusion about which VOUT is being mentioned in the section of the datasheet you are referring to. The VOUT in that section is only referring to the output of the Self Oscillating Demodulator block. In this case, Gain 2 has no effect on the output of the Self Oscillating Demodulator block since it is further down the receive chain.
