ADS1217: ADS1217 recommended operating Tjmax

Hello,

 

The ADS1217 datasheet states the operating temperature range is Ta=-45 to +85oC.

My customer would like to use this device at Tamax=95oC if possible.

How much is Tjmax at ADS1217 actually?

If heat dissipation is good so that Tj < Tjmax somehow, is it possible to use ADS1217 at Ta=95oC?

    Hi Hirano-san,

    The Electrical Characterization is conducted from -45 to 85 deg C and performance at higher temperatures is not guaranteed. Even if the TJmax is below 150 deg C, there is no way to determine if the ADS1217 will perform correctly with ambient at 95 deg C as this temperature is now beyond performance testing.
