ADS8568: about the interference of ads8568 ad input

is there anyone who used ads8568 as an ADC chip found that some interference exited on the signal input( I/O), the interference was 35kHz,40kHz,45kHz......to 115kHz,while my sample frequencey is 320kHz.

    We didn't get any report about this, can you please let me know what test you are doing and your input signal? also please upload or send me your schematic/pcb layout and the interference signal you have observed and captured, these will be helpful to address the issue. Thanks.
