I am reviewing DAC38J82 design.

My setup is as follows.

MSPS Range : 100MSPS to 600MSPS
INPUT IF : 368.64Mhz
INPUT TYPE : REAL
Band Width : 100Mhz
Sampling Clock : 245.76Mhz
Decimation : 4
DAC NCO : 368.64Mhz
LMFS : 4211

Please give detailed explanation of BW.

Please review my settings.

I have to design a compact because of the price.

Please help me.

Henry,

What is the DAC sample rate? Why did you mention decimation? The DAC can only interpolate. Will the DAC use external clock or internal PLL? What do you mean by MSPS range? The DAC has an output IF, not input IF. Why was this mentioned? It appears you are confusing some ADC requirements with your DAC requirements.

For your setup to work, the external reference must be 368.64MHz to use the internal PLL. The configuration file for your setup is attached.
