HSMC-ADC-BRIDGE: HSMC-ADC-Bridge REV D 2018

TI is currently shipping Rev D of HSMC-ADC-BRIDGE but the website only has schematics for Rev B (contained in Rev A design database).

Rev D adds configuration resistors R1 - R7 and some of these are depopulated.  It would appear resistors R3-R7 are required for SPI interface.

Can someone please forward Rev D schematics?
