DAC8541: Thermal Resistance Value

Part Number: DAC8541

Hello,

My customer is using DAC8541 in his design and needs the thermal resistance value; not specified in the datasheet.  Do we have the values for this device in PBS package?

    I am not finding this data readily available, so we will need to request the modelling team to provide us with this information. I will get back to you as soon as I have this available, generally speaking it's about a 1 week turn time but it depends heavily on whats in the queue ahead of us.

    The modelling team has returned results. Please see below. If a datasheet update is also being requested to reflect this information please let me know, and understand that it could take some time since this is an older datasheet which may get forced to be overhauled to the current datasheet template.

    Result- Theta JA-High K: 77.4
    Result-Theta JC, top: 26.6
    Result-Theta JB: 29.9
    Result- Psi JT: 1.4
    Result- Psi JB: 29.7
    Result-Theta JC, bottom: n/a
