TSW1400EVM: unable to read clock signal when plugged with AFE5805

Part Number: TSW1400EVM

Hello Team,

I am trying to connect AFE5805 circuit with TSW1400 as shown in the image at the bottom. I have followed "slwu079d" document for doing all the connections. The clock signal (2.5 Vpp square wave at 40 MHz frequency given from sigilent signal generator) is connected to the J11 port of AFE5805. The input analog signal to AFE5805-port J1 was also given from same signal generator (5 Vpp sine wave at 2 MHz). I also ensured that the shunts p18, p23, and p22 were removed while J11 is used for clock (also tested without removing though). Provided +5, -5 and ground supplies to the AFE5805 and did USB connections to both circuits as shown. Also used an adapter (AFE58xx-TSW1200 adapter) to connect both as shown. I have installed the required software and hardware for AFE5805 and followed all steps mentioned in the same manual before I started High speed data conversion software to capture the data. When I tried to capture the data, it shows the error as "TSW1400 is unable to read clock signal / no clock signal detected". Also, the USER_LED3 is OFF (which also means the clock is not available at TSW1400, according to the TSW1400 user guide). Can you please help me trouble shoot this? Thanks a lot for your time.
