Hi team,

May I know how to test and setup to test SNR in the AMC1303M2510 datasheet as Fig. 18 Signal-to-Noise Ratio vs Input Signal Frequency?

And how to define SNR for this chip?

Also, in the AMC1303M2510 datasheet as Figure 19. Signal-to-Noise Ratio vs Input Signal Amplitude, what's the input signal frequency?

And SNR calculation and test and setup as above?

Hi Zoe,

Testing the SNR on the AMC1303M2510 requires the bit stream to be filtered (Sync3, 256 OSR) and then do an FFT sweepin the input over various frequencies shown in FIgure 18. The frequency for Figure 19 was fixed at 35Hz as shown in the AC ACCURACY entry in section 7.10.
