I'm working with the ADC32RF44EVM and the GUI in a 8411 configuration at 6 GBPS.
Most of the time after I config the ADC I can see comma alignment on all 4 lanes(xBCBCBCBC) and after a sysref pulse the interface works properly. But at other times I get comma alignment on some lanes but not all. To fix the problem I either have to power down and power back up the ADC or if I'm lucky a Power Down to the channel via the GUI works. I thought that my FPGA may be getting a false comma alignment but from probing I was able to see that the FPGA is still searching for a comma on the lanes that are not aligned. Strangely it seems that the longer I have the ADC power on, the more often this problem occurs.
