Hi TI Team,

I am looking for an ADC for measuring 0-5V in 1mV resolution so the required bit is 13. for this requirement I think this part will be better option(14-bit).

can you please suggest share Tina-Ti reference design for this part? or suggest any equivalent part.

    Hello,

    Unfortunetly there is no TINA spice model for the ADS8671, but you can use the ADS8688 TINA model as an equivalent model replacement. This device is an 8 channel version with the same internal structure thus this should provide all the same behavior. I would like to point out this device is of higher resolution, but this should not affect your simulations as TINA is analog, and the digital code is not available either way.

    I did a quick parametric search based on your requirements, and came up with this short list of possible devices.
