Hi team,

I was testing part ADS1118IRUGR (introduction date) with date code 1719. Is the die marking supposed to contain the following info?

The markings are consistent with the device. Was there something wrong with this device that required it to be etched open?

Nope. The test was requested by the customer. I want to confirm the die information as die marking does not directly correlate to the part number.

Ok, I was just checking. Just for future reference, most die names do not correspond with device names. Offhand, I don’t know if any devices with the device name on the die.
