DAC8560: can't download dac8560.xml config file in dxp tools

dear all,

I can't download dac8560.xml file in dxp tools like below picture. 

I found maybe I can download the config file from below address:

ftp.ti.com/.../DAC8560.xml 

but I don't know how to use it. it be opened with a html page. is it that I need to copy these code and save it as 'dac8560.xml' name file? where should I save this file? I can't found 'Devices' folder under my install path.

    Apologies for the delays this has caused in your evaluation. DXP and the MMB0 platform are quite old, we are currently developing a new platform to migrate our evaluation support to which will be more modern. Thanks for your patience during that effort.

    Meanwhile, the XML file is attached.

    Depending on how Windows is configured the DXP Device folder may not be located in the same directory as the executable. It may instead be stored in C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\ or, within the Users directory, your specific user profile.

    Perhaps the easiest method to find the folder in your Windows filesystem is to search for "DXP" as this will still be the parent directory to the "Devices" folder.

    thanks so much Kevin:) i want to double check that may i run DXP in Win10 system?

    DXP was not designed or extensively tested for Windows 10 operating system, however I have seen it work on some systems. In the end it often depends on exactly how the PC has been deployed - essentially a variety of permutations your IT department may or may not have configured.

    i found in Win10 system, couldn't installed usb software driver. maybe it have to run in Win7.
