What MIL spec is used for this component? I am attempting to do a temperature derating for this part and need to know what it is classified as, which is usually found in the MIL-PRF or MIL-STD

Unfortunetly this device is not a military rated device, this is a commercially rated device.
In our Aerospace & Defence Product page, you can see the product classifications we use, within these is a military rating. If a part is made for militray grade, or tested for militray grade, then it should have a MIL-SPEC.
This device though has a wider operating termperature range then the normal, from -40 to 105 degrees Celcius
