Can you please tell me the price and lead time to order the part ADC08D1520QML-SP? how to place the order? 

In addition, what is the price and lead time to order the RHA version of ADC08D1520QML-SP? how to place the order? 

is ADC08D1520 electrically equivalent to ADC08D1520QML-SP? if so, it would be good candidate for development purpose.

    Hello Su. This part can be ordered through an authorized distributor (Arrow and Avnet). Order must be placed for the material name (ADC08D1520WGFQV or 5962F0721401VZC, both are alternate part numbers for the same RHA device). Pricing will need to come from that distributor. We have sufficient inventory of this device and could ship immediately upon receiving the purchase order (as of 10/9/2018, subject to change).

    For evaluation purposes, we offer ADC08D1520WGMPR option (engineering model). We have stock of this as well.

    I don't see EVK option with ADC08D1520QML-SP. Can I order the EVK ADC08D1520RB to evaluate the electrical performance of the ADC08D1520QML-SP part? Do ADC08D1520 and ADC08D1520QML-SP have equivalent electrical performance?
