Hi 

Our OS is Windows 10.

We had installed all these three software (highlighted in yellow)

When run the software we see below error message. 

 

1. does this software support Windows 10? 

2. Any idea how to fix it ?

    Thanks for your post!

    As stated in the software section of the User's Guide: Microsoft® Windows® XP operating system with SP2 or Windows 7 operating systems (Windows Vista not tested)

    The software does not natively support Windows 10, however customers have found ways to get around this error. Try the steps from this thread and let me know if it works!: e2e.ti.com/.../656505
