ADS8365: Can ADS8364 directly replace ADS8365?

Hi team,

My customer was using ADS8365. But now, they want to change ADS8365 to ADS8364. So just want to check with you that can ADS8364 directly replace ADS8365 without changing any hardware or software? If not, is there anything to be noticed while changing ADS8365 to ADS8364? Thanks.

    Hi Wayne,
    There are only few differences between these two ADCs: Pin 20 on ADS8365 is NAP but NC on ADS8364, ADS8365 has lower power consumption, also they have different input resistance and capacitance (the difference is small) which may or may not lead to performance difference depending on your sampling rate and driving circuit, but it should work. Can you please let me know if there is a special reason for your customer to change ADS8365 to ADS8364?
