My customer want to know The ADC ADS1230 Thermal resistance coefficient , bur the datasheet not have give this parameter.

Hi Keiven,

The ADS1230 was a device released prior to the now normal practice of including the Thermal Information in the datasheet. I'm looking into what it would take to generate this information. I will post again when I have more information.

We have initiated a request for the thermal model and should have data available early to middle of next week.
