    the original thread you referenced was for a WIN7 utility for ADCs. Is this what you are looking for? For what ADC? And are you asking about WIN7 or a newer version?

    Hi user3590573,

    The TI Downloader program you are referring to was used as a means of programming devices in the MSC product family using MSC product EVMs.  These EVMs have been obsolete for about 10 years, so TI has not maintained the software that was written in Visual Basic 6.  This software was intended to operate on WinXP operating systems and some customers were able to get this to work in Win7.  It does not work on Win10.

    We were able to provide some of this old software as a convenience on our public ftp server, but our IT security team has recently shut down this sever for security reasons due to the anonymous login for ftp.  There are no plans to update or maintain this old software on any other servers.

    It is possible to still program MSC devices using standard console programs such as Hyperterminal or Tera Term.  I have attached the programming instructions.
