Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hello,

I'm using ADCPro v 2.0.1 build 4 and EVM ADS794xEVM v2.0.0.0 with ADS794xEVM-PDK.

I have installed both applications and connected the boards according to the instruction.

I get error message 6004 (as shown below attached). Please advise how I can resolve this?

    Please note that the rich text editor on E2E sometimes has issues with copying & pasting of images. Please try using the "Insert/Edit Media" button in the editor's tool bar.

    Yes, I see the screenshot now. Thanks!

    I think this could be related to a driver issue. I just updated the installer now, so please try downloading and installing the ADS7945EVM-PDK-SW again from www.ti.com/.../ads7945evm-pdk and seeing if the issue gets resolved.

    If you still have issues, trying running the driver installer at C:\Program Files (x86)\ADCPro\MMB0 Drivers\mmb0_driver_install_x64-v1.0.0.0.msi (use the "x86" version if you are not running a 64-bit version of Windows).

    Hi Chris,

    I removed the original installation, downloaded the files again, but still have the same issue.

    Also, I get the below-attached error message during installation.

    I mean, I downloaded and retried installation multiple times on my Windows10 x64 bit x86-system.

    Hi Albin,

    Did the installer create a log file at "C:\Program Files (x86)\ADCPro\MMB0 Drivers\mmb0_driver_installer.log"? If so would you be able to attach the log file to an E2E post?

    This EVM software is not officially supported on Windows 10, but you might want to take a look at this related E2E thread: e2e.ti.com/.../656505. Perhaps this guide might help...

    Hi Albin,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Can you try running the standalone MMB0 driver installer?
    It should be located under "C:\Program Files (x86)\ADCPro\MMB0 Drivers". NOTE: Use the "x64" version for 64-bit OS.
