The TSW14J57 supports 16 serdes lanes at rates up to 15Gbps, uses an Arria 10 device, and requires 12V input power. The TSW14J56EVM only supports 8 serdes lanes at rates up to 12.5 Gbps, uses a Arria V device, and requires 5V input power.

Eli,

Rev E supports the JESD DAC EVM's, Rev D does not.
