Dear Sir,

May I double check if configuration can be set by WREG command during standby mode (START = Low)? I think that ADS1248 can not at standby mode.

    Hi Masa-san,

    The ADS124S06 differs from the ADS1248 in this operation. Communication is possible with the START pin low with the ADS124S06 where the ADS1248 cannot write registers and is limited to a very few commands. The ADS124S06 can start conversions by either issuing the START command (STOP command stops conversions) or the START pin can be used. This differs from the ADS1248 as all communication is possible with the ADS124S06.
