DAC7311: Output rail issue

Hi,

Our customer evaluated the DAC7311, but the output rail was Vs-0.6V. The circuit and data are below.
1) Are there any problems with the circuit?
2) When the load of the DAC is OPAMP, what is the variation of the output rail?

According to the data sheet the output rail is limited to the load. However, I think that this circuit is almost no load.

Hi,

Thank you for your query. In order to debug this problem quickly, could you plese provide the following details:

1. Value of AVDD
2. The plot taken after isolating the load. I understand that the opamp should act as a no-load but let's make sure there is no other path
3. Observe the change in supply current with load and no-load conditions

The AVDD is 5V.

Do you have any update on this topic?

Was the DAC output voltage measured at the test point? Or, were you making measurements at the output of the OPA277?
