Hi,

I would like to know the best point to connect GND, AGND and DGND in the lay-out of pcb? Or does it matter?

Hi Edson,

Figure 121 on page 98 of the ADS114S08 datasheet shows an example layout using a single ground plane and connecting DGND and AVSS (AGND) to the same ground plane or layer. One key consideration is to keep the ground inductance as low as possible, especially between AGND and DGND of the ADS124S08. For additional information see this FAQ:
