ADS8506: May we have ADC can sampling 2 input signal at the same time?

I've also gone ahead and done a preliminary search for you.  I've run the search through the Precision ADC device section with the following filters: 2 input channels, sampling rate ≥ 50 kSPS (I've assumed you wish to satisfy the Nyquist criterion), SPI interface, simultaneous sampling, and input range of 0 to 2V.  You can see the resulting parts here.  Looks like there are 16 parts that fit your initial criteria.  You may choose to adjust these if your design needs change.

Hi Bogey,
ADS8506 can not meet your requirement including parallel interface and single channel etc. The web link with searched result Daniel shared to you has covered most ADCs which can meet your requirement. Also, we have two more ADCs which are dual, simultaneous-sampling SAR ADC with internal reference and enhanced SPI:
– ADS9224R: 16 Bit, 3 MSPS
– ADS9234R: 14 Bit, 3 MSPS
