The datasheet for the ADC0820 on page 2 says the ADC08020CCJ/CIWM are -40 to +85, and the ADB0820Bxxx are all 0-70. On page 3 the ADC0820C is given as +/-1 LSB and the ADC0820B as +/-0.5 LSB so it looks like you can't have 0.5LSB and -40/+85C. However, at the end, Addendum-Page1, it says ADC0820BCWMX/NOPB is -40/+85C. Which is correct? BTW the order now tab on the product page also says the B is -40/+85C
