Hello TI

We are using ADS1015-Q1 in our ZF TRW Automotive ADAS application products (Camera), now we are looking for the equivalent alternative but smaller size device. Looking for smaller size than 10VSSOP: 15 mm2: 4.9 x 3.

Could you please help me to find small size Automotive ADC?

    We don't have an equivalent alternative for the ADS1015-Q1 that is smaller. The original ADS1015 does however come in a very small 1.5mmx2.0mm X2QFN package, but that package is not automotive grade.

    There are other ADCs that are smaller but different. Of these, I would guess that the ADS7049-Q1 and the ADS7142-Q1 might work, but neither have an internal reference. These are SAR type devices, and the ADS1015 is a delta-sigma type.

    I'll pass this question on to others that have more information about our automotive grade devices. They can add to this post if they have more suggestions.
