ADS5520: The MSB is always low

When I use ADS5520 to sample a signal with 1KHz and 2Vpp, the output of D11 is always low. I connect the DFS to AGND, and the sampling rate is 100MHz. What may cause it?

    Hi user,

    As DFS is connected to GND, The output is in offset binary format. So, when output code goes from 0 and goes to -1, MSB bit has to toggle. Can you answer the below questions to further investigate this issue?

    Is the differential DC voltage at input zero? 

    Is the amplitude of signal 2Vpp at input pins of the device?

    Can you send the data output (from other bits)?
