Dear Technical Support Team,

ADS61B49 datasheet has figures "SNR /SFDR vs Ta". (Figure 25～28)

Do you have figures of them based on thermal resistance and junction temperature ?

Do you have thermal resistance(ψ) data?

    No, we do not have data on that device over junction temp. You could estimate it based on thermal resistance parameters provided in the datasheet though be cautious as there is a dependence on board layout and any other heatsinking. Also, we do not have the thermal resistance (ψ) for the older parts. If this is a new design, I recommend checking out newer devices in the ADS4xxx family or the ADS3xxx family that are lower power dissipation.
