Td23 in ADS8410 need minimum required 335ns, but in ADS8413 need maximum required 335ns, is a text error?

    Hello,

    Yes, this is a text error in the ADS8413 datasheet. Td23 should read 335nS minimum for the ADS8413.

    As an example, you can read the previous conversion less than 335nS after the falling edge of /CONVST and the current conversion result greater than 406nS after the falling edge of /CONVST. Reading conversion results between 335nS and 406nS will result in incorrect data.
