Hi，

When ADS8548 is used, its HVDD and HVSS are connected to 5V and 0V respectively, and the input analog signal is ensured to be within 0V~5V (AVDD and DVDD are connected to 5V and 3.3v respectively),

I would like to ask if there is any possibility that this usage will damage ADS8548 and cause other problems. Thanks.

Thank you for your post!

HVSS must be set between -16.5 V and -5 V. HVSS = 0 V should not damage the device, but this is outside of the limits in the Electrical Characteristics table and may result in degraded performance.
