AFE4420EVM: Stopped working

I have been using an AFE4420EVM evaluation board for a little over a month and while running some tests it just stopped working. I noticed the Green power LED would not light up and when I tried probing the board with a multimeter noticed the voltage after D1 was only 2.4V. As far as I can see in the schematic, that trace only goes to the Micro-controller and the battery management IC. The output of the battery management IC is showing just below 2.4V indicating its working but there is no output from the Micro-controller power pins. I am assuming the micro-controller power system may have blown but, again, I am not completely sure. Has anyone else had this issue?
