To download the software you must have registered and logged into your myTI account. You will also need to fill out the export compliance form and submit. Once completed you should be able to download the software.

I am afraid that I did all these things you said, but I still cannot download these two package. The website always reminds me that the URL is out of use. Maybe you can try to download for testing whether the ADS114S08-dvcpkg.exe is still available or not.

I already downloaded before I responded the last time. I'm not sure what to tell you. What browser are you using? You could try to delete your history/cookies to see if that helps. Could you attach some screen shots of what you are seeing?
