Hi,

     I have a application using photo couple to control output current:

     MCU signal through photo couple control output current.

     Is such a method feasible?
     Is there anything to pay attention to?

    Hi Wu,

    I would expect that the DAC161S997 would be easier to implement with an optical isolator - have you considered that?  Could you share a schematic of your implementation?

    Also, note that the DA- is not GND with respect to the DAC161P997.  The DA- loop voltage would be a lower potential than ground (ACOM, DCOM) on the DAC161.
