Could you support the question below from my customer?

When customer uses internal reference, is it OK for the REF pin to be floating or does it require a cap?

Hi Yamaguchi-san,

My understanding is that the pin should be floating. There is a specification of max capacitance on the pin, so I believe there could be stability issues with a cap on the output.
